I have been doing projects for my good friend and client Jim Griset of Lido Homes, LLC for several years now. Jim purchased this piece of property in the Lido Peninsula Resort several years ago. Jim came to me with his vision and together we turned the run down mobile home into a beautiful beach cottage. Jim has spared no expense on this project. I was stunned when I came by to see the finished product.
This home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, four operable skylights, window casings with stool and apron, custom designed stained glass dutch entry door by Gary Militimore and this home is wheelchair accessible through the rear bedroom. The home itself is just over 700 square feet. Some may think this was just a small job, but my company motto has always been this “No job too small”.
This is the view from the kitchen looking towards the living room. The living room has a built-in computer desk and bookcase, built-in Sony 42 inch HDTV with articulating mounting system. The fireplace provides heat for the entire dwelling. Water is heated by a “Noritz” instant demand hot water heater system.
The kitchen features Carrara Italian marble counter tops, deluxe G.E. range and oven, Fisher & Paykeldouble dishwashers & Active Smart refrigerator / freezer, Sharp pullout under counter built-in microwave, pullout pantry and pullout trash receptacles.
The master and secondary bedrooms are prewired for wall mounted flat screen TVs.
